Drawing and Painting F G blocks: Drawing of a shiny object in pencil

Draw a shiny object ( an object with reflections etc.) in your sketchbook full page.  Use pencil or color pencil  ( either medium is fine, but make sure that you are familar with the media first--what you drew in Draw Paint such as your weave drawing).   Set up your object under a light and so that there is a cast shadow.  You are to observe the tonalities and draw the reflections of the object. Make it as realistic looking as possible.   You will need a 4B pencil and a kneaded eraser ( both of which you should have at home).  Make sure that you make it fill  65% of the page.  Include at LEAST five values: dark light and midtones

Plan on spending 90 minutes  on this drawing.  Due  Jan. 12th.
